In-Store Try Ons

Experience the convenience of our In-Store Try On Appointments with the support of our experienced stylists, who are here to help you find the perfect fit and style. Say goodbye to the guesswork of online shopping and enjoy a personalised, stress-free experience.

• Location: Vaucluse, Sydney (exact address provided on your booking confirmation email).
• Fee: $30 booking fee required to secure your appointment (redeemable if you hire within 48 hours).
• Duration: 30 minutes.
• Availability: Saturdays and Sundays. Please let us know which dresses you’d like to try so we can do our best to have them ready. You may also try on any other dresses available during your time slot.
• Group bookings: Please select consecutive time slots and note this on your booking. Each slot is for one person trying on only.
• Cancellations:
  • Cancel with 48+ hours notice → receive a $30 gift card valid for future bookings (must be used within 48 hours of cancellation).
  • Reschedule with 48+ hours’ notice → free of charge, subject to availability.
  • No shows → forfeit the deposit.
• Dress Care: Please, no makeup or fresh fake tan during try ons to help keep our garments in perfect condition.

Friday Express Try Ons

Perfect for last-minute weekend hires or for anyone unable to secure a standard 30-minute slot due to limited availability. These sessions are shorter and faster than our regular try ons, designed to help you quickly secure an outfit before the weekend rush.

Please note: Friday Express Try Ons are not recommended for school formal hires, as they allow less time to browse and decide. Please know exactly which dresses you would like to try on before arriving to your appointment.

• Location: Vaucluse, Sydney.
• Fee: $30 booking fee (redeemable if you hire within 48 hours).
• Duration: 15 minutes.
• Availability: Fridays 3-6pm. Limited slots. You will have time to try on approximately 3 dresses. 
• Conditions: Same cancellation and dress care rules as in-store try ons.

In Home Try Ons:

Not in Sydney, or missed out on an in-store appointment? Need a last-minute outfit but can’t make it to us? Book our in-home try ons for the ultimate convenience.

• Fee: $50 booking fee (redeemable if you hire within 48 hours).
• Pick-up: Collect directly from Vaucluse free of charge.
• Uber Delivery: Customers are welcome to book their own Uber pick-up/drop-off if they are nearby to Sydney.
• Postage: Available for anyone not near Sydney, including interstate customers.
• Return: Dresses must be returned the following day after your try on.

This service is ideal if you’re short on time, can’t attend an in-store session, or simply prefer the ease of trying dresses from the comfort of your own home.

Please Note: Try-on dresses are subject to availability at the time of your appointment. The Celeb Style Hire team cannot guarantee that your chosen dress(es) will be available for your selected date and time. We always do our best to accommodate your preferences; however, if you reach out 48+ hours prior to your appointment, we can confirm via DM or email which of your selected options are most likely to be available.
